The fixed price includes delivery in the file format of your choice, as well as per commission unrestricted usufruct rights for all possible uses. Placing your order on Logomarket.com establishes a direct contract between you and the respective designer. Logomarket.com is merely the mediator of the contract relationship, not your partner for delivery and use. Once you have entered and confirmed your customer data, Logomarket.com informs the designer concerned of your order.
The designer will contact you as soon as possible and submit an invoice for the fixed price established on Logomarket.com. Upon receipt of payment, he or she will send you the design in the file format of your choice (e. g. EPS, TIFF etc.).
You will receive the design in the form and colours in which it appears on, and as you ordered it from, Logomarket.com. Should you yourself be unable or not wish to make changes to the text or colours, your designer will be happy to assist you. Please note that your requests for changes are not included in the fixed price, and that the designer may invoice them separately.
